I got a grin out of how nonchalant the entire thing was. Like this happens every once n a while But the ending gave it a kid of nice feeling However I can't help but think it all silly and symbolic in some way, could be over-analyzing things
...nah, you can trust your instincts, there was loads of symbolism. Thank you so much. The B( expression held through out the comic could be easily misunderstood as my inability to draw any other expression, but that's how I've been feeling these past few months and it seemed to kind of help the dreamlike feeling.
Thank you. I'm glad it gave the effect I intended. I actually ended up having a lot of fun with the inking style I chose, and it looks GREAT printed in a book.
The printed product turned out so nice <3 man we really need to make comics together now.. seeing what it can look like in the end! Full color and everything, it'll be awesome. This is like opening a door.
Also I'm totally listening to that song right now I doubt people will get the Artist's Comments.
I'd hate to admit it, even though it's a good thing, but I really did get the result I wanted out of this project in the end. And that is: to actually get a comic done and see what it's like to get it self published. And man it really did feel pretty great.
It truly did open a new door. It was kind of like, "hey, I can do this." Making a comic doesn't seem like some far off dream anymore. I did this for my senior project because I needed some kind of kick in the pants to finally make a finished product and it worked. Now let's make one at our own leisure. Together.
Thank you so much for all of your help. This would have all been impossible without your constant support and patience.
I swear to all that is delicious I love your style, and that comic was beautiful. I want to see you become a cartoonist or something. Maybe we could end up working together in teh future 8D So you gonna publish this or something? :0
